Monroe Woodbury’s Ryan Spelman rushed for 415 yards and six touchdowns, and threw for 148 yards and two touchdowns to lead Monroe-Woodbury over Warwick. Touchdown runs of 41, 13, 67, 81, 60, and 22 yards and two passing touchdowns of 67 yards and 33 yards made for a miserable day for Warwick. Spelman’s performance was nothing short of amazing but fell short of setting the section 9 records of 469 yards by Millbrooks Nick Finger or New York States record of 569 yards by Westhill’s Dale Ross.
