Rooney’s On Fire

Took some time today to go watch Kevin Rooney Jr’s sparring session for his upcoming fight on October 1st undercard of Sergio Martinez vs Darren Barker in Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall. I had mentioned months ago on how I had wanted to set his gloves on fire and he looked at me like i was crazy. After discussing it a bit and explaining how i would do it, Kevin decided to give it a shot. After his sparring session we went to work on setting up the shot. Some old boxing gloves, a little contact cement and we have burning boxing gloves. Had alot of fun shooting this and those who were in the gym enjoyed seeing it done as well.
